Spin - 20 is a release agent with CFC-free propellant.

Application:

• It is a release agent used in high temperature melt spinning process of synthetic fibers including nylon & polyester.

• CFC-free.
• Long lasting release properties at high temperature.
• Prevents accumulation of decomposition material of filament yarn on the spinneret
• Reduction of breakage of filament yarn at joining and subsequent processes.

Hard Coatings

HCR - 2 is a specially designed Resin System which makes a hard film cored thermally. The coating gives mar resistance, water repellency, surface slipperiness and antifouling properties. It is mainly applied for protective coatings on the plastic
films.

Application:

• Typical application is done using 'Dip" method The Film thickness could be between 1 3 micron. The Object is dried at 90 - 100 C in Oven for 30-45 minutes to get the Hard Film.
• Alternately, "Spray" Application also could be used.
• The hardness Produced is govern by
1) The proper Drying of the Film
2) The Film Thickness.

The coating done by HCR - I passes the Cross Cut Test / Adhesion and also gives Antifouling properties with High Contact Angle with water.
