SPIN 20 - Spinneret Sprays

Spin - 20 is a release agent with CFC-free propellent.
APPLICATION
* It is a release agent used in high tempreture melt spinning process of synthetic fibres including nylon & polyester.

Thread Lubricant

KK L-35 is a non conventional degreaser used to remove the oil from the surface of all ferrous and nan ferrous metal and alloys.
It is a water soluble emulsion based eco-friendly degreaser which is easily miscible in water and thus making water as a cheap dilutent taking part in cleaning action. KKL-35 also works as a water dilutable lubricant in metal cuttings and stone cuttings.

Hard Coatings (Thermal)

HCR - 2 is a specially designed Resin System which makes a hard film cored thermally. The coating gives mar resistance, water repellency, surface slipperiness and antifouling properties. It is mainly applied for protective coatings on the plastic
films.

Application

• Typical application is done using 'Dip" method The Film thickness could be between 1 3 micron. The Object is dried at 90 - 100 C in Oven for 30-45 minutes to get the Hard Film.
• Alternately, "Spray" Application also could be used.
• The hardness Produced is govern by
1) The proper Drying of the Film
2) The Film Thickness.

The coating done by HCR - I passes the Cross Cut Test / Adhesion and also gives Antifouling properties with High Contact Angle with water.
