RD-15/30/50-Antifoam-Emulsion: Aqueous emulsion of activated polydimethylsiloxane

Applications

Effective Antifoam for jet dyeing machines. It is well suited for a wide variety of general textile & carpet dyeing applications where foam is a problem. Other areas of application include waste water treatment agrochemicals, industrial cleaning & Petrochemical processing.

How to Use

RD Emotion should be diluted with water prior to use Recommended dilution is 1 part RD Emulsion with 5-10 parts cold water. The preferred method of dilution is to add water to the emulsion & not vice versa. Users should evaluate on a lea sample before using in production

Suggested starting concentration is 50 - 100 ppm active ingredient

Application:

RD-20 P Powdered Antifoam can be used as a process defoamer/antifoam in biotechnology, water treatment applications. It may be added to dry products, such as instant powder, detergents and fertilizers, to prevent foaming when liquids are added by the consumer at the point of use.

How to Use?

RD-20P Powdered Antifoam should be added directly to the foaming system. Predilution is net required.

A suggested starting level for evaluation is approximately 0.01 weight percent based on the foaming medium.

Defoamer-15H

How to Use?

Defoamer-15H is a defoamer formulation for pulpmill application. Average consumption is 450-800 gm/tonne of OD pulp. The product can be applied in its state by dosing pump or automatic dosing can be done by special metering system. It imparts a knockdown at a very low dosage.
